To clarify POLICE plans and services is intended to expand efficiency and competency of POLICE duties and also to increase the POLICE prestige in public, so that POLICE can prevent from crime, reduce social conflict, increase people satisfaction and also can increase POLICE - people participations. Therefore the important question is how can POLICE clarify its plans and services. As a result of POLICE jurisdiction which cover the whole community, the clarification of POLICE plans and services are as follow: documentation of POLICE plans & services and their DISSEMINATION to whole community; namely, documentation of POLICE plans & services and their DISSEMINATION can be a method that will be introduced here to clarify POLICE plans and services.

Development of sustainable security is the result of direct or indirect measures and the aggregate performance of country three powers. The development of sustainable security is only possible through cooperation and coordination of institutions and governmental and non governmental organizations in this domain. The main mission of POLICE in security resulted in isolated focus of POLICE to security more than cooperation of any other organizations and defined new and specific mission for itself. In this regard one of the necessities of sustainable development is the prevention of violation and violability of people. Therefore POLICE in addition to inclusion of prevention task in its mission, has taken different mechanisms and approaches to implement them. So POLICE DISSEMINATION is a mechanism that has attracted the attention of community policing and POLICE in this sort of DISSEMINATION, has recognized different topics for DISSEMINATION (POLICE plans and services, POLICE recommendations and warnings, social norms and education of life skills and religious teaching) in one hand prevent from violation of people and on the other hand prevent from violability of people. Thus the library method is used in this article and the position and the role of POLICE in different DISSEMINATION and also the position of such DISSEMINATION in prevention of crime are explained.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Today countries are classified according to their abilities to knowledge generation and utilization. Knowledge management has become a critical issue in organizations and knowledge DISSEMINATION is an important activity in knowledge management. The aim of this research was to study theoretical issues about DISSEMINATION of information and knowledge and features of effective DISSEMINATION for utilizing of knowledge products. METHODS: This systematic study was conducted using library resources in the libraries of Iran University of medical sciences, the internet search engines (Google, Mamma), databases (Pub med, Science @ Direct) from 1990 to 2003 and the website of national center for the DISSEMINATION of disability research (NCDDR). FINDINGS: Activities about understanding of knowledge concept and focus on DISSEMINATION have been considered as third wave since 1980. Researches conducted about DISSEMINATION had two main directions: who were seeking the most appropriate approach for disseminating and who were seeing DISSEMINATION issue from the view of users. There are five key components for effective DISSEMINATION: source, content, context, media and the user. Effective DISSEMINATION needs to appropriate interaction among these factors. DISSEMINATION is not a liner phenomenon; rather there is a close relationship and collaboration among generation, DISSEMINATION and utilization. There are four kinds of knowledge and each one needs to different way of DISSEMINATION. CONCLUSION: As information utilization is the aim of DISSEMINATION, therefore five key components in DISSEMINATION, i.e. source, content, context, media and user must have some necessary characteristics in addition to coordination. Any organization, in particular research organizations, who thinks of competitive advantages in today's world, must develop a proper plan for its knowledge DISSEMINATION considering the features of effective DISSEMINATION and user participation.

In this paper, the author presents the significance of denomination as well as the point that, name must contain the main functions of the scientific field and be of consensus. Name of a major indicates the unity of its subject, such that if the major's components are alongside each other as integration rather than annexation, they exhibit a single identity. In its new definition, librarianship is composed of two elements, namely resources and client; if these elements exist in an integrated combination joined by the human information needs, it can then be suitably an indicator of this field with its expected functions. In other words, believing in the difference between meaning and referent from a linguist's perspective, the function of librarianship and information sciences will be satisfied if the librarians and information disseminators consider the real needs of clients as real referents. In this case, euphony of name and its being under consensus is another factor of importance. The author reasons that, the name "sciences/management of information retrieval and DISSEMINATION" can properly express different functions of the major from different aspects and can indicate its operational characteristics; the second aspect, however, depends upon people's being used to it as well as its publicity. If people agree on it, this name can gradually be under consensus similar to many terms which are initially hefty for mind and people increasingly get used to them.

POLICE crises are disruptive events of order and security that occur suddenly or predetermined and can have consequences. POLICE are considered to be the most important element in dealing with these crises. In times of crisis and in POLICE missions, what is important is to provide logistical services to support POLICE missions and operational forces. Therefore, this study seeks to provide a model for POLICE logistics in POLICE crises. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The indices were extracted using the opinions of 22 experts in the field of POLICE logistics and through content analysis. In order to validate the designed model, the questionnaire was distributed among the statistical population of the study, including managers and senior experts. The sample consisted of 111 people who were selected using a simple random sampling method. The method of data analysis is the method of structural equations and PLS software. The results show that POLICE logistics have two internal and external logistics dimensions in POLICE crises. The sum of the components identified in both dimensions is: security, health, communications (ICT), finance and operational readiness, credit and finance, centralized purchasing, logistics, transportation, maintenance and repair, transportation and damages, reconstruction and sales.

BACKGROUND: Social networks are integrated in our lives and, amongst other functions, they are a means of DISSEMINATION. There are numerous social network accounts dedicated to health that could be used as an educational resource. The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of accounts dedicated to health in different social networks, assessing their content and didactic and technological effectiveness and accessibility. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Observational cross‑, sectional descriptive study in which an analysis of social networks related to health was carried out from April to June 2021 in Spain. Twenty‑, eight accounts were analysed using a mixed qualitative‑, quantitative methodology. Content analysis of the speeches disseminated through the selected accounts was performed. In addition, the quality of the accounts was assessed with the Instrumento de Evaluació, n de Recursos Educativos Digitales (#IE_RED) (Digital Educational Resources Evaluation Instrument [#IE_RED]). RESULTS: Four categories were identified according to the content: student‑, focused profiles, specific professionals’,profiles, current health issues and profiles promoting a healthy lifestyle. In addition, the quality of the accounts obtained a score that indicates they meet the requirements to be validated as a good educational digital resource but could be improved. Instagram social network accounts and those managed by nurses scored significantly higher. CONCLUSIONS: The analysed accounts were revealed as a quality tool for health DISSEMINATION, with varied content and applicable to teaching. Their use could be applied both to the training of health professionals and to the promotion of the population’, s health.
